Almond milk
8 June 2010
I just made 2 cups of almond milk using this recipe and this bag. Not bad, not bad at all. Delicious, in fact. My blender is noisy, otherwise, because you squeeze it out quick-like, this is easy-peasy and totes yummers.

awesome. now you can have MILK!!! could you add bacteria to this and make your own yogurt? You could add this milk to 1-2 frozen (very ripe) bananas in the blender and make banana ice cream (did i talk to you about this?) throw in some cocoa powder and it’s a chocobanana ice cream…it really is yummy!
i just bought another carton of almond milk–a new brand…and i still don’t like the taste one bit! but maybe i could try making my OWN!! what if i use an old pair of pantyhose instead of a nut bag? i would wash them first…of course…

Yes, you can turn it into yogurt. I may try that!
There’s gotta be good alternatives to a specialized nut bag, but I don’t know about that one…. :)
